Playboy Playmate Debi Johnson is another of those centerfolds who landed in the magazine's pages simply because she wanted to be there. Debi didn't have a career agenda up her sleeve or dreams of Hollywood stardom flitting through her head. No, she was simply a gorgeous young woman who decided that it might be fun to be a Playboy centerfold. So that's just what she did. Debi was born in Torrance, California, on March 13, 1958. It was while in her mid-20s that she got the itch to try her hand at modeling. Debi was approached by a Playboy representative, sent in some test photos, and soon found herself appearing in her first nude photo spread. Debi became Miss October 1984, a title that could have led her into the world of entertainment and modeling. Instead, Debi returned to her normal life, leaving the world with just a handful of sensually charged photos to remember her by. She has never returned to the entertainment scene, preferring to live her days as an anonymous former Playmate.
